Business Development Rep

• Qualify leads by assessing their needs and how Mirego can deliver value, while maintaining a high volume of prospecting activities such as strategic research, email campaigns, phone calls, and CRM usage.
• Advance qualified opportunities through the pipeline and collaborate with the team to scope needs and shape the service offering.
• Document all interactions in the CRM to ensure seamless follow-up.
• Track established KPIs (e.g., call volume, lead conversion rate) and contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting processes.
• Monitor and analyze prospecting campaigns' performance and share recommendations to optimize results.
• Represent Mirego at events, conferences, and/or webinars to build connections and strengthen brand awareness.
