About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts based on target segments, business signals, and alignment with Mirego’s expertise.
  • Qualify prospects by assessing their needs and how Mirego can deliver meaningful value, while maintaining a high volume of prospecting activity.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM to ensure thorough and effective follow-up.
  • Track established KPIs (e.g., number of calls, lead conversion rate, etc.) and contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting processes.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of prospecting campaigns and provide concrete recommendations to optimize results.
  • Represent Mirego at events, conferences, and webinars to build connections and strengthen brand awareness.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in business development, prospecting, or sales within the digital services sector.
  • You are comfortable traveling regularly to our Montreal offices or to client sites.
  • You understand digital ecosystems as well as various web and mobile platforms and their constraints.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • You can quickly build trusted relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • You are results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed prospecting targets.
  • You have experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and are proficient with prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • You can analyze market data and tailor your messaging to specific target segments.
  • You can manage a high volume of prospecting activity without compromising quality.
