About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You build a relationship of trust with your clients and collaborate closely with their internal teams.
You maintain constant, transparent communication with your clients to understand their needs and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
You provide the overall view and ensure alignment with objectives and the product vision.
You work closely with design to discuss challenges and opportunities, prepare clear, actionable design briefs (context, success criteria, constraints, timelines), provide structured feedback, and validate UX/UI deliverables.
You define and manage the product backlog and related deliverables, in partnership with your clients.
You demonstrate your passion for the product by using it throughout its lifecycle and sharing your feedback with the team.
You analyze and clarify issues (business, user, technical), identify root causes and propose concrete solutions, evaluating impacts, risks and trade-offs to help the team and the client make decisions quickly.
You monitor the health and performance of your products while proposing optimizations or enhancements.
You immerse yourself in your clients' business domain to connect business value with user impact and proactively make product recommendations.
You make informed decisions—ranging from minor text edits to removing a feature—while respecting the project's scope.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have experience in an agency or consulting environment, including managing a portfolio of multiple clients and projects in parallel.
You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written, to work with our clients.
You have broad expertise in digital product creation: product management, client relations, Scrum, budgeting, data analysis, mobile and web technologies, and UX/UI design, and you can apply this versatility to projects.
You leverage available AI tools to optimize your work and that of your team.
You can rally, collaborate with, and communicate across diverse expertise areas, demonstrating vision, active listening, and initiative.
You are proactive and versatile, able to move things forward even amid ambiguity.
You want to build a long-term relationship with the team and grow within Mirego.
You are available for regular travel to join the team at our Montreal and Quebec City offices and to visit clients.
