About the role

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns and optimize performance for better reach and conversions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Respond to inquiries, engage with followers, and manage online community interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to support campaigns and branding efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Creativity and the ability to create engaging content.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • System Requirements: Minimum Intel i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 or higher; Two monitors for desktops OR an external monitor for laptops; Stable wired connection with at least 100 Mbps speed; Secondary internet source or backup location; Uninterrupted power supply for at least 8 hours or backup location within 30 minutes; Dedicated quiet workspace; Noise-canceling headset.
  • Additional Requirements: No bad records from previous employers and no derogatory records. Must pass required assessment and screening.
