About the role

  • Act as the voice and bridge between Mintago and its audience, cultivating genuine relationships and turning insights into feedback for product and marketing teams.
  • Build brand presence, foster engagement, and support founders' thought leadership in the financial wellbeing space.
  • Develop and execute community strategies across LinkedIn, Meta, and review platforms.
  • Foster genuine two-way conversations; identify and nurture brand advocates, creators, and ambassadors.
  • Manage and transform review platforms (G2, Trustpilot, Capterra) into showcases of customer love stories.
  • Create thumb-stopping content that makes complex financial concepts simple and actionable; develop a smart, helpful, human brand voice.
  • Support founder personal branding with authentic content and stay ahead of digital culture and trends.
  • Execute online and offline community experiences and events (AMAs, challenges, virtual hangouts, meetups, webinars).
  • Track engagement metrics and community sentiment, conduct market research and competitive analysis, and report community feedback to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in community management or social media, preferably B2B SaaS
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn and Meta platform dynamics
  • Excellent written communication with a tone that's human, witty, and authentic
  • Creative strategic thinking with ability to develop innovative engagement initiatives
  • Comfortable in fast-paced startup environment wearing multiple hats
  • Experience organising online events such as webinars.
  • Familiarity with graphic design/video editing tools
  • Ability to learn about and communicate financial wellness solutions and understand their implications.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
  • Natural ability to make complex concepts accessible and engaging
  • Genuine curiosity about what makes online communities tick
  • Experience turning community insights into business value
  • Understanding of internet culture with impeccable judgement on when to participate
  • Passion for helping people improve their financial wellbeing
