About the role
- Undertake home visits, Family Hub meetings, and multi-agency sessions
- Build strong relationships with families and professionals, encouraging active participation
- Provide 1:1 and group-based interventions tailored to individual needs
- Safeguard children and escalate concerns appropriately
- Organise and plan daily work objectives, including administrative tasks and report writing
- Guide and support less experienced staff and volunteers
- Deliver outreach work across South Worcestershire from WANDS Family Hub
Requirements
- Confidence in working independently across rural areas; car and full driving licence essential
- Strong networking skills with ability to build links with community partners
- Experience organising community events and delivering sessions in outreach locations
- Ability to attend, organise, and chair multi-agency meetings
- Willingness to deliver antenatal parenting sessions (training provided)
- Enhanced DBS (DBS Enhanced Adult & Children) required
