About the role

  • Generate daily post ideas (race tips, training snippets, course previews, beginner guides, human stories) and ideate content.

  • Own comments, replies, DMs, and moderation across mass participation channels; develop a T100 tone of voice.
  • Escalate issues, FAQs, and sentiment trends to the wider team and provide timely public updates.
  • Seed and manage UGC: prompts, reposts, crediting, permissions, and simple creator outreach.
  • Mirror priority storylines from pro T100 channels and translate them for amateurs; package crossover moments linking amateurs to pros, partners, and cities.
  • Focus on driving meaningful engagements (comments, saves, shares) and report on key engagement and growth statistics regularly.

Requirements

  • Ideally 1-2 years in social/community or a strong personal track record running active communities.
  • Confident short-form writer with a clean, human tone.
  • Comfortable on camera for simple pieces to camera when needed (nice to have).

  • Comfortable working to calendars and live event rhythms; calm under time pressure.
  • Curious about mass participation sport and the beginner journey into triathlon.
  • Passionate about content and building.
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive; knows when to escalate and when to solve.
  • Data-aware: able to read simple dashboards and act on them.
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for being part of a creative team.

  • The opportunity to change the sport of triathlon and build something you can be really proud of.
  • Flat working environment and a get-things-done company culture.
