About the role
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal users providing expert technical support and managing IT infrastructure.
- Provide advanced support to internal users through the ticketing system, resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
- Manage and administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 productivity suites.
- Handle user lifecycle management including onboarding, offboarding, and user inductions/training.
- Administer and maintain Jamf Pro environment for macOS device management.
- Provide comprehensive support for both macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Manage and support Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations and streamline user access to applications.
- Oversee antivirus support and other security tools to protect against threats.
- Participate in IT infrastructure maintenance including system building and deployment.
- Assist with management of cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in progressive IT infrastructure/operations experience.
- Proven experience in a similar IT support or systems administration role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Jamf Pro and MDM (Mobile Device Management) concepts.
- Expertise in administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies and integrations.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows environments.
- Familiarity with any cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of user onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Experience with ticketing systems and providing high-quality user support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
