About the role
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for Central Germany
- Identify, target, and secure major contract opportunities with end-customers such as corporate headquarters, hospitality groups, coworking operators, universities, and public institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Contract stakeholders
- Deliver impactful presentations, product workshops, and showroom experiences to specifiers and clients
- Collaborate with the Contract team to enhance client engagement
Requirements
- Established and relevant network in the industry
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Proven track record in B2B sales within hospitality, contract furniture, interiors, or design-driven industries
