About the role

  • Growing and developing sales by our existing customers in Germany
  • Follow up on existing leads for new customers and opportunities
  • Results oriented selling across the Avery Dennison Smartrac RFID product portfolio
  • Building a sales pipeline based on prospects and previous customers
  • Participate in important industrial exhibitions
  • Responsible for achieving sales and margin targets within EMEA
  • Using SalesForce and other tools to effectively analyze your sales activities and customer base

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in B2B sales, ideally in an international business in the RFID industry or technically exigent products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Solution oriented self-starter with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong cultural empathy and team-player with a relationship-building attitude
  • Valid driving license
