Growing and developing sales by our existing customers in Germany
Follow up on existing leads for new customers and opportunities
Results oriented selling across the Avery Dennison Smartrac RFID product portfolio
Building a sales pipeline based on prospects and previous customers
Participate in important industrial exhibitions
Responsible for achieving sales and margin targets within EMEA
Using SalesForce and other tools to effectively analyze your sales activities and customer base
Requirements
5+ years experience in B2B sales, ideally in an international business in the RFID industry or technically exigent products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English, both spoken and written
Solution oriented self-starter with a hands-on mentality
Strong cultural empathy and team-player with a relationship-building attitude
Valid driving license
