About the role

  • Manage and grow our B2B customer relationships
  • Drive revenue growth
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with B2B clients
  • Work with an attractive dealer portfolio consisting of cold and warm leads
  • Continuously develop and refine B2B sales structures and processes
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Monitor client performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in telesales
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Operationally minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM software and project management tools
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Experience serving German-speaking customers (German language proficiency)
