About the role
- Reporting to the Store Manager
- Host clients, provide detailed quotes and deliver memorable in-store demonstrations
- Form relationships with clients and manage a longer sales process, potentially involving multiple visits and discussions
- Strive to hit personal and team sales targets
- Demonstrate multiple communication styles across telephone, face-to-face and written; respond to quotations and queries
- Consult and advise on selection of the finest lifestyle appliances for clients' homes
- Deliver bespoke consultations, memorable demonstrations and exceptional customer service
- Forge the link between Kitchen Dealers, consumers, and Miele, and close sales directly or through partner network
- Work part-time across two days (15 hours/week), including weekends and bank holidays
Requirements
- Natural sales person, confident and capable when hosting clients
- Provide detailed quotes to fit customer needs
- Deliver memorable instore demonstrations
- Ability to form relationships with clients and manage a longer sales process that could incorporate multiple visits and discussions
- Previous experience in lifestyle sales or delivering bespoke solutions in a store environment (ideally)
- Ability to hit sales targets for both yourself and the team
- Demonstrate multiple communication styles across telephone, face to face and written
- Confident and professional with the ability to respond effectively to quotations and queries
- Previous experience of working in a customer facing role
- IT literate with the ability to adapt to systems and processes
- Ability to effectively multi task
