💰 £30,000 - £35,000 per year
About the role
- Supporting the store manager in leading the team to deliver a best-in-class brand and sales experience to both consumers and dealers
- Responsible for delivering against revenue targets and sales KPIs with the highest standard of retail execution
- Heavily involved in the running of the retail store, planning and running events
- Supporting the store manager to implement our sales strategy in the region
- Providing expert advice and hands-on demonstrations, helping customers and partners experience Miele products
- Forging the link between dealers, consumers, and Miele to close sales directly or via partner network
- Delivering a premium experience for every consumer, from full kitchen projects to small purchases
Requirements
- Retail sales experience
- Confidence and ability to deputise for a store manager
- Ideally acting at supervisor level or above in current or previous role
- Natural salesperson with confidence and capability when dealing with new and challenging situations
- Proactive and adaptable to change
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
