Lead challenging client projects—from analysis and advice to hands-on implementation
Add value across all levels of the client’s organization: facilitating strategy workshops with senior leadership and co-developing process improvement proposals
Maintain relationships with clients and your network, spotting new needs and translating them into future projects
Guide, coach, and train colleagues and clients
Play a key role in developing and expanding the Operations Service Line
Work on innovations and new propositions in collaboration with the BearingPoint network, for example the ‘Lean for Green’ initiative that drives sustainability
Requirements
You hold a relevant master’s degree
5+ years of work experience
Experience in leading teams and projects
Expertise in performance improvements and process optimizations
Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
Knowledge and experience in energy transition or financial services
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
