Architect

• Define the architectural vision, standards, and reference patterns for automation and AI-enabled product development.
• Translate technology strategy into actionable frameworks that connect rapid experimentation with enterprise readiness.
• Design and own the automation sandbox environment - secure, compliant, and built for fast iteration.
• Build and maintain the transition pipeline that moves prototypes to production through defined quality, security, and performance gates.
• Own API strategy, microservice architecture, data access frameworks, and cloud infrastructure design.
• Architect automation-enabled workflows and applications in partnership with solution designers, data engineers, and product teams.
• Set standards for model deployment, vector search, data pipelines, and runtime hosting.
• Ensure all solutions integrate with core enterprise systems: ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and Data Warehouse.
• Ensure architectural consistency with MGA's security, compliance, and operational standards across all environments.
• Mentor full-stack developers, ML engineers, and platform engineers – building a culture of pragmatic, disciplined engineering.
• Coach mid-level engineers into future technical leads and contribute to building MGA's internal product engineering team.

Software Engineer

• Lead all cost engineering activities for US-based product development across brands and categories.
• Own cost models, BOM validation, and cost tracking from concept through production.
• Ensure alignment between cost targets, product design, and commercial objectives.
• Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities across design, materials, packaging, and manufacturing.
• Partner with Product Development and Design teams to embed cost discipline early in the development lifecycle.
• Balance cost reduction with quality, functionality, and brand standards.
• Support vendor strategy across the US portfolio, including onboarding and development of new manufacturing partners.
• Partner with Sourcing and Supply Chain to evaluate vendor capabilities, cost structures, and scalability.

• Collaborate with the VP, Legal & Business Affairs attorney supporting in licensing business team on all in licensing agreement negotiations from deal memo stage to agreement execution. Maintain and update a detailed tracker for status of all in licensing deal negotiations. (30%)
• Draft, review and manage signature process for all entertainment agreements. (20%)
• Draft review and oversee execution process for marketing agreements, social media vendor agreements, creator agreements and other related agreements. (10%)
• Support the General Counsel as needed, providing paralegal and administrative support including research, correspondence, document organization and corporate record-keeping. (30%)
• Other various transactional support as needed (10%)
