Chief Marketing Officer

• Transform our paid marketing engine across multiple products, segments, and global markets, turning a 40% budget increase into >40% pipeline growth
• Continue to leverage the Mews brand as a marketing accelerator, whilst balancing performance and PR
• Navigate multiple new products and M&A acquisitions while executing a website rebuild and brand refresh

Global Head of Marketing

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
• Identify, engage, and sell to AAHOA-member properties, multi-property operators, and independent hotels. Build and execute a territory plan targeting owners, GMs, and regional leaders.
• Generate new business through 100+ weekly outbound activities—building relationships, qualifying prospects, and sparking meaningful conversations.
• Host 2+ engaging demos daily, showing hoteliers why Mews is the game-changer they need. Deliver compelling presentations in English and, when necessary for effective customer communication, in Hindi, Gujarati or Punjabi.
• Use your language and cultural fluency to build trust, overcome objections, and close deals. Apply storytelling and value-based selling to influence decision-makers from GMs to Finance and Ops leaders.
• Own your pipeline in CRM, forecast accurately, and drive deals to close. Consistently achieve $400K+ ARR annually with $5K+ average deal sizes and exceed quarterly targets.
• Partner with Marketing to drive event attendance at AAHOA conferences/tradeshows, Customer Success, and Product/Implementation to ensure seamless onboarding and lasting customer success.
• Bring energy, focus, and resilience to deliver results when it counts.
• Attend industry events, including AAHOA national/regional conferences. Conduct in-person meetings as needed. Travel up to ~30–40%.
• Deepen your hotel-tech and hospitality expertise to be a trusted advisor. Use data to refine your strategy and stay ahead.

Account Executive – AAHOA, Independent Hotel Segment

Solutions Engineer

• Collaborate with commercial teams to understand customer challenges and provide technical sales support
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and/ or services to customers and prospective customers
• Be the technical linking pin between sales and the (potential) customer
• Effective support and problem solving for new and existing enterprise clients
• Exploring creative ways to develop on the platform and answering inquiries about our APIs and technical possibilities
• Aligning with RnD on future roadmap initiatives and sharing feedback on released features and client trends
• Ability to present, develop and demonstrate products and solutions for potential and current customers
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness of product sales from the top of the funnel to project delivery and pinpoint areas for improvement
• Support prospective customers, acting as the primary resource on product and technical knowledge, helping to resolve any unmet technical needs or issues clients may have
• Proactively offer product insights and solutions to issues and implement either manual or automated solutions that best suit customer needs
• Create client-facing presentations with Proof of Concept, project proposals, solutions, product demos, expense estimates and offer solutions to technical complaints and concerns.

• Customer-Facing Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with SMB sales teams to understand customer challenges and provide technical sales support; Prepare and deliver tailored technical presentations and customized product demonstrations to SMB prospects; Conduct discovery calls to understand SMB customer technical requirements and business needs; Act as a technical consultant during the sales process, owning solution design and demo development tailored to vertical needs.
• SMB Solution Design & Demonstration: Create tailored product demonstrations that highlight relevant features for each SMB hospitality business; Develop tailored proof-of-concept scenarios specific to individual SMB use cases; Design customized technical solutions that address specific SMB pain points in property management; Present integration possibilities and API capabilities at an appropriate level for SMB customers; Develop and maintain reusable demo assets, proposals, and solution templates to increase efficiency.
• Sales Process Support: Support the SMB sales team from initial technical qualification through contract signing; Create customer-facing materials including technical proposals and solution overviews; Handle technical objections and provide solutions during the SMB sales process; Assist with RFP responses for SMB prospects when technical input is required.

Associate Solutions Engineer

Sales

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Mid-Market sales team and territory
• Own and drive the revenue target, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed goals
• Define and prioritize the ideal customer profile (ICP) within the Mid-Market segment based on current product strengths, while championing Mid-Market customer needs with Product teams to drive adoption and expand market share.
• Represent Mews at tradeshows, customer events, on-sites with prospects, and co-selling with your team. Travel up to 2x per month.
• Serve as the voice of the AMER Mid-Market segment across Mews (Marketing, Partnerships, CS, Product, etc.), ensuring market needs are prioritized in goal-setting and annual planning to accelerate growth and achieve a 2x trajectory.
• Provide weekly forecasting on team performance and provide coaching to the team on forecasting best practices
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback for rep development
• Demonstrate commitment to the team to ensure the team achieves its goals, objectives and COM service level agreements (SLA's).
• Where necessary, identify short falls in the process and procedures and suggest process improvements and work with the necessary departments to ensure they come to fruition.
• Collaborate with marketing and CS to ensure we’re meeting performance targets

Director, Mid-Market Sales – Leadership

• Develop and execute sales strategy for Mid-Market segment
• Manage sales pipeline and ensure forecast accuracy
• Close high-impact deals focusing on net-new customer acquisition and land-and-expand motions
• Make data-driven decisions to optimise go-to-market performance
• Own pipeline with 50%+ of closed deals from outbound efforts
• Host prospect meetings, demos and product deep-dives positioning Mews as the best solution
• Prospect: 120+ targeted activities per week into Salesforce-segmented ICP (hotel groups, 3–25 properties)
• Maintain 8–10 active quality opportunities in flight
• Manage sales cycle averaging ~6 months from first touch to signature
• Consistently close 3–4 deals per month averaging 5–10k+ MRR
• Define and execute account-based plays to penetrate net-new hotel groups and expand footprints
• Build forecasts, demand generation, pipeline health, win/loss analyses, deal reviews and segmentation
• Run multi-threaded pursuits aligning GMs, IT, Finance, Ops and C-suite on the Mews value story
• Partner with Customer Success to surface expansion triggers and convert pilots into multi-property rollouts
• Represent Mews at industry events to amplify pipeline and thought leadership
• Iterate by analysing data, spotting bottlenecks, refining plays and sharing insights with GTM peers
• Deliver impact under pressure in a fast-moving environment

Mid-Market Account Director

Business Development Rep

• Join Commercial team to establish a new arm of the business globally
• Present high-level introductions of Mews to potential clients
• Contact and source potential clients through cold calls and emails
• Qualify leads from website enquiries and marketing campaigns
• Identify/qualify client needs and suggest products/services
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
• Proactively seek new business opportunities
• Drive and organise meetings between prospective clients and Sales team
• Report activity/results to Business Development Manager regularly
• Stay up-to-date with Mews products, services, and pricing/payment plans

Business Development Representative
