Sales

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Mid-Market sales team and territory
• Own and drive the revenue target, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed goals
• Define and prioritize the ideal customer profile (ICP) within the Mid-Market segment based on current product strengths, while championing Mid-Market customer needs with Product teams to drive adoption and expand market share.
• Represent Mews at tradeshows, customer events, on-sites with prospects, and co-selling with your team. Travel up to 2x per month.
• Serve as the voice of the AMER Mid-Market segment across Mews (Marketing, Partnerships, CS, Product, etc.), ensuring market needs are prioritized in goal-setting and annual planning to accelerate growth and achieve a 2x trajectory.
• Provide weekly forecasting on team performance and provide coaching to the team on forecasting best practices
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback for rep development
• Demonstrate commitment to the team to ensure the team achieves its goals, objectives and COM service level agreements (SLA's).
• Where necessary, identify short falls in the process and procedures and suggest process improvements and work with the necessary departments to ensure they come to fruition.

Director, Mid-Market Sales – Leadership

Account Executive

• Develop and execute sales strategy for Mid-Market segment
• Manage sales pipeline and ensure forecast accuracy
• Close high-impact deals focusing on net-new customer acquisition and land-and-expand motions
• Make data-driven decisions to optimise go-to-market performance
• Own pipeline with 50%+ of closed deals from outbound efforts
• Host prospect meetings, demos and product deep-dives positioning Mews as the best solution
• Prospect: 120+ targeted activities per week into Salesforce-segmented ICP (hotel groups, 3–25 properties)
• Maintain 8–10 active quality opportunities in flight
• Manage sales cycle averaging ~6 months from first touch to signature
• Consistently close 3–4 deals per month averaging 5–10k+ MRR
• Define and execute account-based plays to penetrate net-new hotel groups and expand footprints
• Build forecasts, demand generation, pipeline health, win/loss analyses, deal reviews and segmentation
• Run multi-threaded pursuits aligning GMs, IT, Finance, Ops and C-suite on the Mews value story
• Partner with Customer Success to surface expansion triggers and convert pilots into multi-property rollouts
• Represent Mews at industry events to amplify pipeline and thought leadership
• Iterate by analysing data, spotting bottlenecks, refining plays and sharing insights with GTM peers
• Deliver impact under pressure in a fast-moving environment

Mid-Market Account Director

• Join Commercial team to establish a new arm of the business globally
• Present high-level introductions of Mews to potential clients
• Contact and source potential clients through cold calls and emails
• Qualify leads from website enquiries and marketing campaigns
• Identify/qualify client needs and suggest products/services
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
• Proactively seek new business opportunities
• Drive and organise meetings between prospective clients and Sales team
• Report activity/results to Business Development Manager regularly
• Stay up-to-date with Mews products, services, and pricing/payment plans

Business Development Representative

Executing account-based sales strategies, using storytelling and value-driven selling to move deals forward. Influencing multiple buyer personas, from General Managers to Finance and Operations leaders, tailoring your messaging to each. Proactively iterating on your sales strategy, using data insights to refine your outreach and positioning. Delivering impact under pressure—Mews moves fast, and so should you.
