• Strategic account management: You will take over a network of key contacts in neurology in Upper Austria and Western Austria that has been built up over more than 20 years, maintain these relationships carefully and further develop new contacts in additional federal states — particularly Salzburg and, if required, Tyrol and Vorarlberg — to ensure optimal availability of our products in your territory.
• Apply market expertise: With your specialist knowledge in neurology, you will position our therapeutic options purposefully and inform healthcare professionals about current developments.
• Patient-centered approach: You will focus on patients’ needs and ensure the responsible use of our products.
• Teamwork and reporting: Working closely with Marketing and Medical, you will report regularly on market developments and your progress, and contribute innovative ideas in meetings.
• Events and congresses: You will attend international congresses and support their organization to further strengthen and expand our market position and deepen customer relationships.

Key Account Manager Neurology – Upper and Western Austria

Account Executive

• Management and strategic expansion of existing customer relationships with physicians, hospitals and addiction medicine facilities
• Active identification and acquisition of new customers and development of sustainable regional networks in the field of hepatology therapy
• Professional advice and persuasive presentation of medicinal products in face‑to‑face meetings as well as via digital channels
• Planning and execution of product presentations, trainings and continuing‑education events for health care professionals
• Independent implementation of sales and marketing strategy in the territory and development of targeted territory and action plans
• Analysis of market potential, competitive developments and care structures
• Structured visit and tour planning including continuous performance monitoring

Medical Science Liaison Manager

• Tracking and monitoring of clinical IT systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, GDPR, FDA 21 CFR Part 11); supporting audits, risk analyses and system assessments
• Coordination of system updates and change management activities with vendors/service providers, including decommissioning and issue management
• Support of qualification and validation processes for data transfers and interfaces to optimize clinical data workflows together with Clinical Data Management
• Contributing to sponsor data quality monitoring through targeted data reviews, trend analyses, and use of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python, Power BI)
• Supporting documentation processes, including identification, transfer and archiving of essential system- and data-specific documents
• Promoting cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Development, Product Safety, QA and external partners, including providing training on compliance expectations
• Participating in audits and budget planning for clinical IT systems and contributing to the evaluation and implementation of new digital tools
