• Join our motivated team as Director of Search & Evaluation within the Business Development & Strategy (BD&S) group and take on exciting growth opportunities
• Lead external engagement and conduct technical due diligence for potential partnerships
• Serve as an ambassador for Merz Therapeutics by identifying, evaluating, and cultivating relationships with potential partners in specialty neuroscience
• Lead cross-functional due diligence processes, including scientific, clinical, and operational assessments of partnership opportunities
• Prepare and present multi-functional technical due diligence deliverables, presentations, and recommendations to support partnership decisions
• Provide insights on scientific trends and support evaluations in neuroscience and other therapeutic areas as required

• Join our motivated Global Medical Affairs (GMA) team and help shape the future of medical excellence!
• Drive the development and implementation of the global Medical Asset strategy and ensure the effective execution of all Medical Affairs activities.
• Grow the operations organization, reporting directly to the Head of Global Medical Affairs and leading a dedicated team of 3 people.
• Develop and implement operational excellence strategies in line with the GMA vision.
• Lead and develop the GMA Operations & Excellence team.
• Optimize processes, workflows, and systems (e.g., Veeva MedInq, Promomats).
