About the role
- Independently manage and develop the relevant key accounts in your territory
- Implement targeted measures to achieve optimal results for patients, customers and our company
- Conduct market analyses to identify new customer potential and develop effective KAM strategies
- Plan and deliver seminars and trainings — in-person, online or hybrid
- Strategically segment customers (HCPs, physicians, patient organizations) to enable efficient time management
- Work closely with Medical, Marketing and Sales teams to provide relevant information and build sustainable customer relationships
- Use digital tools and CRM to optimally manage your activities
Requirements
- Training as a pharmaceutical representative and relevant field experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in hospital settings
- Experience organizing and conducting professional events (in-person, online, hybrid)
- Solid medical or biological knowledge and the ability to communicate complex content clearly
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of self-motivation
- Willingness to travel extensively
