About the role
- Independently manage and further develop the relevant key accounts in your territory
- Implement targeted measures to achieve optimal results for patients, customers and our company
- Conduct market analyses to identify new customer potential and develop effective KAM strategies
- Plan and deliver seminars and training sessions — in-person, online or hybrid
- Strategically segment customers (HCPs, physicians, patient organizations) to ensure efficient time management
- Work closely with Medical, Marketing and Sales teams to provide relevant information and build sustainable customer relationships
- Use digital tools and CRM to optimally steer your activities
Requirements
- Qualification as a pharmaceutical sales representative and relevant field experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in hospital settings
- Experience organizing and running professional events (in-person, online, hybrid)
- Solid medical or biological knowledge with the ability to explain complex content clearly
- Excellent communication skills and a high degree of self-motivation
- High willingness to travel
