About the role

  • Independently manage and further develop the relevant key accounts in your territory
  • Implement targeted measures to achieve optimal results for patients, customers and our company
  • Conduct market analyses to identify new customer potential and develop effective KAM strategies
  • Plan and deliver seminars and training sessions — in-person, online or hybrid
  • Strategically segment customers (HCPs, physicians, patient organizations) to ensure efficient time management
  • Work closely with Medical, Marketing and Sales teams to provide relevant information and build sustainable customer relationships
  • Use digital tools and CRM to optimally steer your activities

Requirements

  • Qualification as a pharmaceutical sales representative and relevant field experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in hospital settings
  • Experience organizing and running professional events (in-person, online, hybrid)
  • Solid medical or biological knowledge with the ability to explain complex content clearly
  • Excellent communication skills and a high degree of self-motivation
  • High willingness to travel
