About the role
- Management and strategic expansion of existing customer relationships with physicians, hospitals and addiction medicine facilities
- Active identification and acquisition of new customers and development of sustainable regional networks in the field of hepatology therapy
- Professional advice and persuasive presentation of medicinal products in face‑to‑face meetings as well as via digital channels
- Planning and execution of product presentations, trainings and continuing‑education events for health care professionals
- Independent implementation of sales and marketing strategy in the territory and development of targeted territory and action plans
- Analysis of market potential, competitive developments and care structures
- Structured visit and tour planning including continuous performance monitoring
- Representation of the company at regional events, networking meetings and congresses
- Independent management and development of selected key accounts within the sales territory
Requirements
- Qualification as a pharmaceutical representative (Pharmareferent) according to §75 AMG or an equivalent scientific background
- Initial experience in pharmaceutical field sales or in a comparable sales role
- Enjoy building long-term customer relationships and developing your own territory
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and a confident manner with diverse interlocutors
- Ability to set priorities within the territory and effectively steer sales activities
- Digital affinity and openness to omnichannel approaches
- High willingness to travel within the sales territory
