About the role
- Conduct cold calls and email sequences to generate new sales opportunities
- Research accounts and ideal customer personas with focus on U.S. Aerospace, Defense & Federal market
- Set and qualify appointments for the sales team and engage with executive stakeholders
- Present the Mendix value proposition to C-level and VP-level executives
- Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategy, messaging, and qualification criteria
- Participate in early stages of the deal cycle and support pipeline development
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and procurement processes affecting ADFM sectors
- Work as part of a hybrid BDR team (3 days mandatory in office) and complete onboarding, shadowing, and sales enablement training
