About the role

  • Conduct cold calls and email sequences to generate new sales opportunities
  • Research accounts and ideal customer personas with focus on U.S. Aerospace, Defense & Federal market
  • Set and qualify appointments for the sales team and engage with executive stakeholders
  • Present the Mendix value proposition to C-level and VP-level executives
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategy, messaging, and qualification criteria
  • Participate in early stages of the deal cycle and support pipeline development
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and procurement processes affecting ADFM sectors
  • Work as part of a hybrid BDR team (3 days mandatory in office) and complete onboarding, shadowing, and sales enablement training
