• Develop and execute comprehensive customer growth strategy that drives retention, expansion, and advocacy across the customer lifecycle
• Build and lead high-performing teams across lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, community, advocacy, and customer insights functions

• Oversee social media strategy focused on customer stories, community engagement, and advocacy amplification
• Develop employee and customer advocacy programs on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Monitor social listening for customer sentiment and engagement opportunities
• Own enterprise-wide NPS program including survey design, distribution cadence, and closed-loop feedback processes
• Analyze NPS trends by segment, product, region, and customer journey stage
• Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to drive action plans based on NPS feedback

• Take ownership of platform and product issues, working independently with customers to resolve platform and application development/deployment issues.
• Investigate, reproduce, and troubleshoot reported issues, identifying suitable solutions or root causes within our platform infrastructure and software;
• Use cloud monitoring tools to analyze application and infrastructure logs, and correlate various performance metrics to identify root causes;
• Manage all stakeholders by clearly communicating reported issues to the R&D team, Product Manager, and Customer Success Manager, ensuring effective cross-functional coordination;
• Work with minimal supervision, making independent decisions with discretion;
• Effectively manage your time, prioritizing daily tasks based on the severity of the problem and its business impact on the customer;

Marketing

• Own marketing efforts in the Americas for BFSI including brand awareness, demand gen and pipeline progression – effectively deliver pipeline generation for both target marketing and target persona groups
• Proactively drive marketing programs and an integrated marketing approach from planning to execution, to tracking and optimization.
• Understand sales needs, ensure alignment with marketing objectives, define programs, deliver programs in-region, and measure success.
• Drive Account-Based Marketing for top targets accounts in collaboration with sales, ensuring tight alignment to account plans and goals.
• Own end-to-end marketing plan for the BFSI business in the Americas, including program development, measurement, and ensuring region to tracking towards revenue targets
