About the role
- Shape and execute the long-term strategy of Crocs' global supply chain
- Serve as strategic architect of an end-to-end operating model supporting wholesale, retail, and DTC growth
- Implement global supply chain vision and roadmap in partnership with the Supply Chain Leadership Team
- Lead long-range capacity planning, footprint optimization, and make vs. buy strategies to balance cost, speed, and risk
- Drive supply chain initiatives to continuously improve customer experience and lower cost to serve
- Lead strategic modeling and optimization of global distribution, transportation, sourcing, customer operations, and inventory analysis
- Drive 3PL performance standards, logistics innovation, and create a resilient, diversified network balancing agility, cost, and scalability
- Champion advanced analytics adoption and lead implementation of AI and digital twin technologies
- Build and mentor a high-performing strategy team and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Design, Finance, and Operations
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, sourcing, or strategy roles, preferably in footwear, apparel, or consumer products
- Proven success in global sourcing/manufacturing strategy and supply chain network design
- Deep understanding of retail, wholesale, and DTC fulfillment models
- Track record of delivering transformational cost savings and service improvements
- Experience leveraging advanced analytics and AI
- Strong financial acumen with ability to manage cost-to-serve, working capital, and long term investments
- Inspirational leader with ability to influence C-suite executives and cross-functional partners
- MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strategic visionary, results-oriented operator, change leader, strong communicator, passion for footwear and consumer experience
