About the role

  • Identify potential clients within the Enterprise segment and leverage leads
  • Assess opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver sales presentations
  • Evaluate suitability of solutions and develop comprehensive proposals
  • Engage in negotiations with clients to refine proposals and establish pricing
  • Achieve consistent sales targets by closing deals
  • Recognize upselling opportunities and maintain ownership of accounts post-sale
  • Implement targeted outreach and lead generation strategies
  • Conduct lead qualification and deliver compelling sales pitches
  • Guide prospects through purchasing process and negotiate contract terms
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers to ensure seamless implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Ability to articulate complex value propositions effectively
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets
  • Capacity to identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities
  • Proactive outreach and lead generation skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Collaborative mindset to coordinate with internal teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Legal ability to work in the country of hire
  • Openness to hybrid work schedule (presence in office one day per month)
