Digital Marketing

• Support with content and communications projects (e.g., magazine relaunch, copywriting, PR materials, campaigns)
• Actively manage and develop regions with many new users but few Meet5 activities ("grey areas")
• Develop and test new Meet5 formats (Weeklies) and hand them over to Captains or automated processes
• Research and design a referral program (market analysis, best practices, activation ideas for new users)
• Recruit new community Captains with a focus on younger target groups and underrepresented regions, including independently managing the entire recruiting process for Captains (identification, outreach, interviews, selection)
• Support and guide new Captains at launch (onboarding, setting expectations, ensuring successful first meetings)

Chief of Staff

• Strategy: Work closely with the leadership team on projects of strategic importance and help develop plans for growth in new regions (DACH, US, and beyond)
• Operations: Execute internal projects to improve company efficiency and drive growth
• Investor Relations: Prepare investor meetings and support the founders with graphics, presentations, and solid financial calculations
• HR: Assist with sourcing and recruiting. Collaborate with us to develop additional KPIs for the entire team

• Prozessentwicklung: Du wirkst aktiv an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebs- und Marketingprozesse mit.

B2B Sales & Acquisition, Werkstudent

• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Führungsteam bei Projekten von strategischer Relevanz zusammen und hilfst bei der Entwicklung von Plänen für das Wachstum in neuen Regionen (DACH, US und darüber hinaus)
