About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strategy: Work closely with the leadership team on projects of strategic importance and help develop plans for growth in new regions (DACH, US, and beyond)
Operations: Execute internal projects to improve company efficiency and drive growth
Investor Relations: Prepare investor meetings and support the founders with graphics, presentations, and solid financial calculations
HR: Assist with sourcing and recruiting. Collaborate with us to develop additional KPIs for the entire team

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are studying (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, or you are currently in a gap year
You have already gained initial experience in a demanding work environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or business development (startup)
You work in a structured, independent, and reliable way within a team
You possess strong analytical skills, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
You stand out through your communicative and outgoing personality as well as your entrepreneurial drive, taking ownership to lead topics independently
In addition to very good knowledge of all MS Office programs, you are business-fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
