About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Campaign Management: You assist our team in creating and managing campaigns in the Meet5 app and ensure that all content is implemented reliably and on time
Community Management: You moderate event chats and help provide our users with an excellent experience
Monitoring & Reporting: You support campaign analysis, monitor relevant KPIs, and help identify optimization opportunities
Operations: You work on various projects to improve our internal processes and support the team with daily operational tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are studying (bachelor's or master's) communications, business administration, marketing, media studies, or a comparable field
You have excellent German language skills at native-speaker level as well as a strong sense for language and text comprehension; you also speak English at B2 level
You have a good understanding of social media, digital products, and communication between companies and end customers
You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner within a team
You are convincing through your communicative, open personality and hands-on mentality, and you drive topics forward independently
Bonus: Knowledge of Dutch and/or French
