Promotes and sells Medtronic's Neurovascular products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including interventionalist, nurses, contracting and key opinion leaders.
Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and selling products to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's Neurovascular products and/or services.
Provides clinical and technical support during cases and informs the clinician of patient treatment options.
Promotes and provides education of the company's products and/or services to staff and physicians.
Execute Company sales/marketing strategy and manage sales process for territory.
Respond to customer inquiries and product complaints and file all appropriate paperwork on a timely manner per Medtronic policy.
Develops and executes a strategic account plan to grow and defend sales in territory (accounts).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years medical device sales experience
Clinical experience in the interventional suite and/or hospital environment
Experience selling high physician preference medical devices, preferred endovascular space and/or neurovascular space (catheter based)
Recognized sales professional with a proven track record of results in medical sales and training
Experience using Salesforce (CRM systems) for business planning and forecasting.
Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
Ability to lift 50lbs (product bags)
