About the role
- Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and social channels
- Schedule meetings and route qualified leads to Business Development partners
- Develop and execute territory plans to drive new customer acquisition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inside sales or sales development
- Industry experience preferred in CRO or pharmaceuticals
- Proficient in CRM tools, especially Salesforce
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
