Coordinate and manage Director’s calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries via Outlook
Schedule meetings on behalf of Director or as requested by Director and Staff
Domestic and international travel arrangements via American Express travel online tool
Maintain business Organizational charts on an as needed basis
Manage the requisition process for purchasing of equipment/office supplies for the department
Prepare and modify presentation materials for meetings; reports, and forms
Handle correspondence as directed
Maintain confidentiality of all documents, messages and telephone calls
Conduct Customer Care employee engagement surveys
Maintain, track, and provide reports relating to department budget and expenses
Works on projects requiring analytical skills
Project management/Event planning and managing large meetings and events
Requirements
High School Diploma
4+ years of administrative experience
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated expertise and proficiency using MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Publisher, Adobe Contribute, Prodagio, OneSource, One Note, Autodesk Design Review, Office Communicator, Qualtrics
