About the role
- Organize department activities and review incoming requests
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth operations
- Perform administrative duties: copying, scanning, mailing
- Track important dates and maintain organized calendar
- Organize and manage paper and electronic documents
- Assist with various administrative tasks and support department goals
- Collect and maintain accurate data in databases
- Review and process invoices
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (minimum)
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Able to work 40 hours per week including day or evening shifts
- Superior organizational abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Speaking other languages is a plus
