About the role
- Manage and oversee shift operations for field data collection missions
- Act as liaison between the Client's program managers and vehicle specialists/operators
- Manage a team of operators and ensure efficient delivery of missions requested by client
- Respond to system emergencies; investigate and complete accident reports, incidents, and customer complaints
- Coordinate, monitor and supervise the activities of subordinates and inform management of operational/personnel problems
- Respond to service problems and investigate and respond to unsafe location/situation reports
- Develop and schedule program work plans in accordance with client specifications; oversee daily operations and determine priorities
- Maintain high standard of safety across the program/team
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred
- 2 or more years Operations experience in leading teams
- Ability to use a computer to generate reports and schedules
- Ability to understand and interpret system operating rules, regulations, policies, phases and routes
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends; flexible shift if needed
