Profiling and organization of e-mails and documents in Prolaw.
Scheduling of conference calls, video conferences and other meetings via Teams as needed.
Opening, maintaining, and closing of Prolaw matters.
Creating, editing, and finalizing documents in MS Word through Prolaw in a variety of ways.
Data entry of calendar events.
Review, track, and communicate calendar events on a regular basis with attorney(s) and/or forensic vendors.
Enter billable time entries into Prolaw.
Proofread prepared materials for correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and content.
Requirements
High School diploma required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Computer skills preferred; data entry and/or billing experience preferred.
1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.
