Drive sales growth and market share by promoting Respiratory & Monitoring Solutions portfolio to key clinical leaders in ICU, General Care Floors, and Procedural Sedation departments
Actively seek to develop and expand territory via management and selling skills
Plan and execute work to achieve or exceed sales targets
Be the product expert and provide education and training effectively to all clinical end users and hospital staff for assigned territory
Gather market intelligence (product, price, promotion, discount etc.) by observation, discussion, or research, and seek to develop new business opportunities
Work individually and as part of the wider team to establish and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders
Ensure timely follow-up and prompt resolution to customer/patient technical and product issues, including after-hours support when needed
Practice effective territory management in planning, organization, administration, and timely/accurate expense planning and control
Travel within the territory to multiple accounts and support clinical end users
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Proven sales experience within the healthcare industry, preferred
Clinical experience or background selling clinically
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills coupled with having the patience and persistence to follow through
Highly organized with good time management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
Driven, self-motivated individual who can work well autonomously
Valid driver's license required
Must reside within the assigned territory (central and southern New Jersey, Delaware, part of Maryland) and drive to multiple accounts
Ability to provide after-hours support when needed
Expected to comply with hospital credentialing requirements for patient-facing field employees
