Implement and train customers on clinical indications and applications of Bravo pH, ManoScan Manometry and pH‑Impedance, SmartPill, and other Medtronic Endoscopy Solutions products
Serve as the clinical product expert across Medtronic Endoscopy Solutions product portfolio
Demonstrate products to physicians and nurses and perform procedures related to Medtronic Endoscopy offerings
Handle product installations and lead post-sales activities including implementation, product education, in‑servicing, and ongoing support
Provide product demonstration and clinical education to targeted accounts through 1:1 and group interactions
Develop depth of product and clinical knowledge to support optimal utilization by healthcare providers
Manage regional accounts to drive utilization of reflux and manometry products within the assigned region
Support regional sales strategy and work with regional sales team to achieve business plans
Support lead generation, pre-sale clinical evaluations, and demonstrations to demonstrate clinical value
Work with inside sales to promote service contracts/plans to new and existing customers
Conduct and support local, regional and national educational courses for physicians, nurses and medical personnel
Support the PACE department by conducting educational courses and providing feedback to improve course content
Collaborate and share best practices with other Clinical Specialists and cross-functional teams (Sales, Sales Training, Marketing, PACE, Technical Support, Customer Service)
Communicate customer feedback, field product performance and competitive intelligence to Marketing and Sales
Participate in product training and support onboarding/training of newly hired CS team members
Maintain installation, in-service and training records in Salesforce.com (SFDC) per corporate guidelines
Other duties as assigned by Director to support the team
Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel overnight to client facilities by auto or aircraft 50-75% of the time (role involves up to 75% travel including overnight)
Reside within the assigned Pacific Northwest or Northern California territory and drive to multiple accounts
Prior adult education and training experience (nice to have); Gastroenterology-related field desired
Demonstrated ability to articulate highly technical information to a diverse audience
Demonstrated success in working in a team setting and matrix managed environment
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues with Medtronic GI Solutions product suite
Ability to comply with credentialing requirements at hospitals or clinics (for patient-facing field employees)
Regular mobility and ability to interact with a computer and communicate with peers and co-workers
