Drive clinical and procedural excellence in hernia disease management to achieve above-market growth in the assigned territory
Develop strategic account plans and targeted strategies to increase hernia market share
Utilize the Fragment, Expand, & Standardize (FES) model to convert accounts
Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders and engage customers to improve patient outcomes and procedural adoption
Lead efforts to integrate robotic surgery into hernia procedures and position the hernia portfolio for robotic-assisted surgery
Utilize advanced selling tools, disease state education, and innovative solutions to drive new business
Implement market development programs, therapy awareness initiatives, Pace programs, training, and simulation labs to accelerate procedural adoption
Execute new product launches, achieve/exceed quota, and perform effective forecasting and opportunity management
Manage territory alignment at the district level, supporting customers performing hernia and abdominal wall reconstruction procedures
Support and sell Hernia portfolio products including Transorb (TSB1510, TSB2020, TSB3030, TSB4030), MaxTack (MAXTACK30), Hernia Mechanical, mesh and dissection balloons
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience
Field-based role that requires 50 % travel within the territory
Valid driver’s license is essential
Nice to Have: 2 years of a proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
Strong understanding of clinical environments and the ability to effectively communicate complex product information
Experience in building and managing key customer relationships with decision-makers in both clinical and administrative roles
Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive growth and improve market share
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., SF.com), forecasting, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
For sales reps and other patient facing field employees, comply with hospital credentialing requirements
