Achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for a specified territory by promoting, selling and servicing Medtronic Endovascular and related products
Practice good territory management: organization, administration, expense planning and control
Train appropriate medical staff on products and procedures and educate customers to ensure effective use
Develop and implement plans to achieve/exceed sales budget and identify opportunities within customer base
Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records and ensure maximum coverage of accounts
Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers and clinical staff
Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations, probe customer needs, handle objections and gain commitment
Represent company at industry conferences and target customers to generate sales leads
Develop and implement strategies to counter competitors and communicate market intelligence to Regional Manager
Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints promptly, maintaining a professional image
Develop and maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge; participate in product and skills development programs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
5 years of B2B and/or healthcare sales experience OR 3 years of B2B/healthcare sales + 2 years Clinical Specialist experience
5+ years medical device sales experience in a hospital environment (preferred)
Experience selling interventional cardiology or vascular surgery products (preferred)
