About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive adoption of new therapies and grow sales and market share for assigned territory
- Train, educate, sell, and in-service new Vascular products
- Build business by aggressively developing new accounts
- Drive therapy adoption of PVH carotid, thrombectomy and other new products
- Practice good, ethical territory management
- Meet expectations as defined by Sales Management
- Collaborate with Vascular Field team to identify opportunities and execute sales strategies
- Develop and execute accurate ongoing sales plan
- Identify, evaluate, and convert target accounts
- Manage expenses to drive business growth
- Adhere to financial, regulatory, quality compliance standards and requirements
- Educate customers to ensure effective use of new products
- Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints promptly
- Engage physicians in clinical conversations and improve outcomes when supporting cases
- Work with internal functions to meet targets and effectively plan cases with physicians
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years’ experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years’ experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years’ experience
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (NICE TO HAVE)
- Product launch experience (NICE TO HAVE)
- Demonstrated success in sales hunting and developing new accounts (NICE TO HAVE)
