About the role

  • Drive adoption of new therapies and grow sales and market share for assigned territory
  • Train, educate, sell, and in-service new Vascular products
  • Build business by aggressively developing new accounts
  • Drive therapy adoption of PVH carotid, thrombectomy and other new products
  • Practice good, ethical territory management
  • Meet expectations as defined by Sales Management
  • Collaborate with Vascular Field team to identify opportunities and execute sales strategies
  • Develop and execute accurate ongoing sales plan
  • Identify, evaluate, and convert target accounts
  • Manage expenses to drive business growth
  • Adhere to financial, regulatory, quality compliance standards and requirements
  • Educate customers to ensure effective use of new products
  • Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints promptly
  • Engage physicians in clinical conversations and improve outcomes when supporting cases
  • Work with internal functions to meet targets and effectively plan cases with physicians

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years’ experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years’ experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years’ experience
  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (NICE TO HAVE)
  • Product launch experience (NICE TO HAVE)
  • Demonstrated success in sales hunting and developing new accounts (NICE TO HAVE)
