Grow sales and market share for an assigned territory by promoting, selling and servicing Vascular products
Build business by aggressively developing new accounts and driving therapy adoption of DCB, Atherectomy, and the full Peripheral Vascular product portfolio across the continuum of care for PAD
Practice ethical territory management: organization, planning, administration and expense planning and control
Train medical staff on products and procedures and plan/manage cases with physicians
Develops and executes accurate and ongoing sales plans to achieve sales objectives and consistently meet/exceed AOP, sales budget and account development targets
Maintain and consistently grow market share across all product lines and identify opportunities in current and new customers
Leverage full product portfolio, contracts, APV, Corporate Accounts, and CVG partnerships to maximize sales and compliance
Monitor key market trends and competitive information and communicate intelligence to Sales Management
Ensure maximum coverage of accounts within territory and manage expenses to adhere to company policies and procedures
Build and maintain productive relationships with key decision makers, customers, administrators and clinical staff
Drive value in accounts through disciplined pricing, use of contracts and referral marketing resource management
Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations and represent company at industry conferences to generate leads
Educate customers on product use, respond to requests, resolve complaints, and engage physicians in clinical conversations
Conduct all business in accordance with ethics & compliance guidelines and FDA requirements
Work with internal functions (marketing, customer service, finance) to meet targets and contribute to team efforts
Maintain comprehensive technical/clinical knowledge, participate in product and skills development programs, and understand reimbursement landscape
Travel extensively by car and plane and conduct business outside typical Monday through Friday hours as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree AND 5 years B2B or Healthcare Sales OR 5 years total sales experience with minimum 2 years MDT sales experience
Sales experience in medical devices, capital equipment sales, surgical sales & in-hospital pharmaceuticals (preferred)
Degree in biological science or business preferred
Must be able to meet hospital vendor credentialing requirements

Must be willing to travel, some overnight potentially required
