About the role
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, competitive activity and physician feedback to identify unmet needs and market opportunities
- Leverage market research and develop competitive strategies to grow market share
- Set value propositions and key messaging for assigned products
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to develop business plans for the designated portfolios
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and emerging thought leaders
- Lead new product launch activities, including development of commercial plans and customer segmentation strategies
- Partner with Medical Education and Sales Training counterparts on procedural strategy
- Provide input into the portfolio lifecycle, including analyses to support product line changes (new product development, acquisitions and/or discontinuations)
- Foster collaborative relationships with the US Sales Team and International business partners
- Travel: less than 25%
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, product management, consulting or relevant experience, or Master's degree with minimum of 0 years relevant experience
- Medical device experience (nice to have)
- Experience with Service & Repair on medical capital equipment (nice to have)
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
- Travel requirement: less than 25%
- Ability to be independently mobile, interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers
- Compliance with hospital/clinic credentialing for patient-facing roles (as applicable)
- Employer participates in the federal E-Verify program (may affect work authorization process)
