About the role
- Act as liaison between the Sales organization, Marketing and Finance for Offer Development responsibilities including deal structure, profitability, and economic analysis
- Owns the Offer Development process for non-standard deals: sales input gathering, financial model creation, synthesis, presentation to the Deal Review Committee, and timely communication of outcomes to sales
- Provide guidance on terms and conditions of non-standard pricing requests and secure applicable approvals
- Provide creative solutioning for the Surgical Sales teams and influence pricing and contracting strategy
- Prepare and disseminate information with Marketing, Sales and Finance regarding price points, compliance commitments, modifications, etc.
- Interact with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales and Pricing team members during the deal development process
- Deliver Offer Development training curriculum to the sales organization and other functional groups, as needed
- Attend periodic QBR (Quarterly Business Review) meetings and identify ways to drive continuous improvement within the Offer Development team
- Empowered to drive efficiencies with existing processes and systems
- Report to the Manager of Offer Development; contribute to U.S. business financial objectives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing or equivalent experience
- OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience
- OR Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience
- Six Sigma and/or Lean Training and Certification (Nice to Have)
- Medical device industry experience (Nice to Have)
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of company products, pricing programs, and market trends
- Advanced trainer and mentor capabilities
