About the role

  • Provide leadership, coordination, and execution of key strategic initiatives within the Global Commercial Office
  • Drive adoption and performance of Channel Innovation programs to enhance reach, sales productivity and customer experience
  • Lead adoption and deployment of Remote Sales, E-Store (Connect E-Store) and Remote Support (Connect Expertise)
  • Lead local E-Store releases, launches, catalogue maintenance, promotions, onboarding and customer nurturing
  • Develop coaching programs (including ride-along) and engage First Line Sales Managers and sales reps for integration and performance
  • Identify opportunities for Remote Support leveraging LiveStream, build opportunity pipelines, and support conversion of cases
  • Support opportunity management in collaboration with digital marketing and local customer care teams
  • Deploy Customer Insights initiatives (NPS/CES), support survey execution, contact maintenance and CRM data quality
  • Provide business indicators to Operating Units and engage leadership to integrate customer experience into business plans
  • Collaborate with regional Remote Engagement leaders, central strategy leaders, and supporting functions to drive innovation and regional priorities
  • Monitor performance, share sales productivity reporting with local leaders, and drive results for Connect.Me performance locally

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • 5-8 years in technical support functions (preferred)
  • 2-3 years within commercial function (preferred)
  • Sales Program Management experience (preferred)
  • Medical device experience (preferred)
  • Mix of sales/marketing, digital and transformation competences
  • High degree of business acumen and strategic thinking
  • High influencing and communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and execute project plans on time and in budget
  • Understanding of health care system requirements
  • Analytical skills including understanding of business economics and financial measures
  • Ability to assess and integrate market & economics requirements within financial constraints
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively in a matrix environment
  • Independency, autonomy, confidence
  • Ability to communicate succinctly and accurately to various levels of management and customers
  • Flexibility and adaptability with a drive for continuous innovation
  • Willingness to work a minimum of 4 days a week onsite
  • For patient-facing work: comply with hospital/clinic credentialing requirements
