About the role
- Provide leadership, coordination, and execution of key strategic initiatives within the Global Commercial Office
- Drive adoption and performance of Channel Innovation programs to enhance reach, sales productivity and customer experience
- Lead adoption and deployment of Remote Sales, E-Store (Connect E-Store) and Remote Support (Connect Expertise)
- Lead local E-Store releases, launches, catalogue maintenance, promotions, onboarding and customer nurturing
- Develop coaching programs (including ride-along) and engage First Line Sales Managers and sales reps for integration and performance
- Identify opportunities for Remote Support leveraging LiveStream, build opportunity pipelines, and support conversion of cases
- Support opportunity management in collaboration with digital marketing and local customer care teams
- Deploy Customer Insights initiatives (NPS/CES), support survey execution, contact maintenance and CRM data quality
- Provide business indicators to Operating Units and engage leadership to integrate customer experience into business plans
- Collaborate with regional Remote Engagement leaders, central strategy leaders, and supporting functions to drive innovation and regional priorities
- Monitor performance, share sales productivity reporting with local leaders, and drive results for Connect.Me performance locally
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- 5-8 years in technical support functions (preferred)
- 2-3 years within commercial function (preferred)
- Sales Program Management experience (preferred)
- Medical device experience (preferred)
- Mix of sales/marketing, digital and transformation competences
- High degree of business acumen and strategic thinking
- High influencing and communication skills at all levels
- Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and execute project plans on time and in budget
- Understanding of health care system requirements
- Analytical skills including understanding of business economics and financial measures
- Ability to assess and integrate market & economics requirements within financial constraints
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively in a matrix environment

- Ability to communicate succinctly and accurately to various levels of management and customers
- Flexibility and adaptability with a drive for continuous innovation
- Willingness to work a minimum of 4 days a week onsite
