About the role
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships and serve as trusted advisor
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and NPS improvement
- Provide consultative guidance on workforce optimization, forecasting, and scheduling
- Lead implementation of new client programs including intake and recruitment strategy
- Identify and capture staffing orders and manage workforce extensions
- Use Booker system for workforce tracking and manage gross margin targets
- Partner with fulfillment teams and maintain Supplier Scorecards
- Oversee billing processes and facilitate collections meetings
- Track account progress and support client integrations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or healthcare staffing
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships and achieving growth targets
- Strong understanding of healthcare workforce challenges, compliance, and scheduling best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with workforce management platforms, CRM tools, and staffing systems (Booker experience preferred)
- Ability to balance strategic consulting with operational execution
