This new role is designed to support the launch and expansion of Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation System.
The Symplicity Spyral Territory Manager will be responsible for driving patient engagement and therapy adoption in high-potential markets.
This is a field-based role focused on therapy awareness, access, account activation, and collaboration with senior Territory Managers.
Territory & Account Development - Drive patient referrals and therapy awareness in targeted geographies. - Develop deep relationships with high-prescribing hypertension physicians and community stakeholders. - Support territory activation by opening new accounts in partnership with existing sales teams.
Sales Execution - Promote and educate of the Symplicity therapy, acting as a therapy specialist and resource. - Execute focused outreach strategies in “hot” markets with high patient potential. - Collaborate with senior territory managers to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the territory.
Customer Engagement - Serve as a consistent touchpoint for physicians and staff, building trust and credibility. - Educate and equip providers with therapy benefits and pathways that improve patient outcomes. - Support contract signing and onboarding processes for new accounts.
Training & Development - Participate in comprehensive training programs to build clinical and sales competencies. - Operate flexibly in a dynamic, evolving environment with a “project mentality.”
Compliance & Reporting - Maintain accurate records of account activity, outreach efforts, and territory performance. - Adhere to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience OR Bachelor’s degree -Minimum of 3 years Medtronic Clinical Specialist experience
Valid driver's license
Frequent travel within assigned territory
Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds
Sit/stand/walk for 6–8 hours per day
Operate a moving vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance
