Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers
Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products
May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications
Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products
May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations
Conducts on-site education and consulting, and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations
Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff
Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results; may act as a mentor to colleagues
Requirements
Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A)) and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
Practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
