About the role

  • Researches the marketplace to identify effective distribution channels
  • Responsible for the design, governance, and compliance of channel program operations, tools, and processes for sales teams and external partners/distributors
  • Ensures accuracy of the channel sales data
  • Communicates with the sales team to gather and document technical, product and contract requirements regarding the implementation and ongoing maintenance of products and/or services
  • Oversees program process, performance, and customer satisfaction; may have budget accountability
  • Plans, prioritizes and directs responsibilities of program team members and matrixed vendors to accomplish program objectives
  • Communicates and leads meetings with internal and external customers and vendors; conducts briefings to higher level management
  • Leads, directs and reviews the work of a team of professionals and/or vendors and is directly involved in daily tasks necessary for successful program execution

Requirements

  • Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)) and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one job area
  • Advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization
  • Experience leading matrixed teams and/or managing vendors without direct reports
  • Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to research marketplace and identify effective distribution channels
  • For sales reps and other patient facing field employees: compliance with hospital/clinic credentialing requirements may be required
