Researches the marketplace to identify effective distribution channels
Responsible for the design, governance, and compliance of channel program operations, tools, and processes for sales teams and external partners/distributors
Ensures accuracy of the channel sales data
Communicates with the sales team to gather and document technical, product and contract requirements regarding the implementation and ongoing maintenance of products and/or services
Oversees program process, performance, and customer satisfaction; may have budget accountability
Plans, prioritizes and directs responsibilities of program team members and matrixed vendors to accomplish program objectives
Communicates and leads meetings with internal and external customers and vendors; conducts briefings to higher level management
Leads, directs and reviews the work of a team of professionals and/or vendors and is directly involved in daily tasks necessary for successful program execution
Requirements
Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)) and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one job area
Advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization
Experience leading matrixed teams and/or managing vendors without direct reports
Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to research marketplace and identify effective distribution channels
