About the role

  • Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and performance
  • Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues
  • Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities within Propulsion
  • Engagement and deployment of process and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier strategies
  • Working directly with OEMs and their sub-tiers and interfacing with 767 Program Leaders, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and many other stakeholders
  • Supporting Statement of Work functions such as Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, scenario planning and support to mid-level and senior level Management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
  • 3+ years of experience managing supplier quality and delivery performance
  • 3+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, on a one-on-one basis and in group settings
  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (less than 10% may be required)
  • 3+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred)
  • Must meet export control compliance: be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
