About the role

Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and performance
Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues
Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities within Propulsion
Engagement and deployment of process and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier strategies
Working directly with OEMs and their sub-tiers and interfacing with 767 Program Leaders, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and many other stakeholders
Supporting Statement of Work functions such as Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, scenario planning and support to mid-level and senior level Management

3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
3+ years of experience managing supplier quality and delivery performance
3+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, on a one-on-one basis and in group settings
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (less than 10% may be required)
3+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies, procedures, and processes (preferred)
3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes (preferred)
3+ years of experience in Manufacturing (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred)
Must meet export control compliance: be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
