Remotely sells Medtronic's products and retains end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts
Identify, develop and close leads for the business and refer internal leads when appropriate
Provide input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies
Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services
Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems
Arrange demonstrations of products by field sales representatives
Assist field sales representatives in planning and execution of sales activities and provide ongoing sales support (sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, sales rep follow-up)
Drive adoption and penetration in accounts, secure and maintain product distributions and/or services
May be responsible for delegation and review of others' work on large accounts
Work to achieve individual sales targets and execute sales plans by developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts
Requirements
Required a Bachelor degree - B.tech/B.sc/BCA/B.pharma
6-9 Years of experience (minimum 6 years)
Advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through education combined with broad sales experience
Career-level sales representative experience
Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships and develop new accounts
Experience implementing sales strategies and closing sales
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
May provide guidance, coaching and training to other sales professionals
Must comply with all credentialing requirements at the hospitals or clinics they support
Participation in federal E-Verify program for employment authorization (as applicable)
