About the role

  • Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area (陕西宁夏两省)
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits from Medtronic's products/services
  • Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services
  • Conduct market research including customer and competitor activities
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and make changes as needed
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and modifications to internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations, Marketing)
  • Manage large accounts, secure and maintain product distributions and effective agreements
  • Achieve individual sales targets, expand market presence, and drive adoption and penetration in accounts
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other sales professionals when required
  • Enter healthcare settings as an essential function and comply with credentialing requirements at hospitals/clinics

Requirements

  • Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Complete knowledge of company products and services
  • Advanced sales experience developing and managing accounts and distributors
  • Ability to develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services
  • Experience promoting and establishing product/service education
  • Experience conducting market research (customers and competitors)
  • Ability to implement and adjust market development plans/strategies
  • Ability to communicate customer feedback to R&D, Operations, and Marketing
  • Advanced negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and to coach/train other sales professionals
  • Must comply with hospital/clinic credentialing requirements
  • Must be eligible to work (employer participates in E-Verify)
