Paralegal

• Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial
• Maintain and manage litigation calendars, including court deadlines and appointments
• Prepare, file, and serve legal documents, including e-filing in state and federal courts
• Assist with discovery processes, including drafting, organizing, and responding to discovery requests
• Coordinate and manage trial preparation, including compiling exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders
• Track billable time accurately and consistently in compliance with firm procedures
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed (filing, scanning, document formatting)
